Product Safety & Allergy Disclosure

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Your safety matters to us. Please read this in full before using any Novéra product for the first time.

Cosmetic Products — Not Medical Products

Novéra products are cosmetics for external topical use on healthy adult skin. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you are seeking treatment for a skin condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. Novéra products are not a substitute for medical care.

Mandatory Patch Test Before First Use

You must perform a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to a discreet area (inside of the forearm or behind the ear), leave undisturbed for 24–48 hours, and observe for redness, itching, burning, stinging, swelling, blistering, or rash. If any occur, discontinue use immediately, wash with cool water, and do not apply elsewhere. If no reaction occurs after 48 hours, you may proceed to regular use. Performing a patch test is your responsibility.

Consult a Healthcare Professional Before Use If:

  • You have a known allergy to any ingredient listed on the packaging.
  • You have sensitive skin, a history of skin allergies, or a diagnosed condition (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, contact dermatitis).
  • You are pregnant or nursing.
  • You take medication affecting the skin (retinoids, corticosteroids, antibiotics, photosensitizing drugs).
  • You have recently undergone a cosmetic procedure (laser, chemical peel, microneedling, injectables, resurfacing).
  • The product would be used on or near broken, irritated, infected, or sun-damaged skin.

How to Use

Hold the bottle approximately 15–20 cm (6–8 in) from clean, dry skin with eyes closed. Spray a light, even mist across face and neck. Avoid the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Allow to absorb or gently pat in. For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or infected skin. If product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Ingredient Information

A complete INCI list is printed on every Novéra product and published on each product page. Common ingredients across the range include Water (Aqua), Niacinamide, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C derivative). If you have known allergies, review the full ingredient list before use.

What to Do If You Experience a Reaction

Discontinue use immediately; wash the area with cool water and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser; apply a cool compress if needed. For severe symptoms (difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, throat, or tongue; widespread rash or blistering), seek emergency medical attention immediately. If symptoms persist beyond 24–48 hours or worsen, consult a healthcare professional. Contact support@noveraskincare.com with details — we take every report seriously and may assist with a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store at room temperature (15–25°C / 59–77°F), away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Keep the cap secured to prevent contamination. Do not freeze or expose below 5°C (41°F). Once opened, use within the Period-After-Opening (PAO) on the packaging, and do not use after the expiry date.

Keep Out of Reach of Children

Novéra products are formulated for adult skin. If a child ingests or misuses the product, rinse the affected area or mouth with water and contact a poison control center or healthcare professional immediately.
